
How to find success in your yoga practice
You will get the most out of your yoga by developing a regular practice. Yoga only works if you come to your mat often.
When beginning a yoga practice many people find success by practicing a consistent two days a week, i.e Monday and Wednesday, or Tuesday and Thursday. Two classes a week that you regularly attend. Then pick up a third class of your liking at your leisure, when you feel ready.
