A six week session: cost $80 +HST

Mama & Baby Yoga is a 60-minute yoga class designed to get the postpartum mother back in shape while playfully bonding with her new baby.

For the mother, the class focuses on postpartum needs such as regaining alignment, toning the pelvic floor and re-establishing core strength. The class challenges the mother, giving her a sense of physical fitness and well-being.

January 8th Mindful Mamas Prenatal Yoga Class
A safe and gentle class for women to attend during pregnancy. You will learn specific yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques designed to relieve the physical and emotional discomforts during pregnancy. Suitable for all stages of your pregnancy.

Don’t worry if you may give birth before the end of the session, talk to me, and we will figure something out. A few weeks of yoga is definitely better than no weeks!
