Intro to Yoga has been such a popular way to get people involved in a regular yoga practice. Now we have added on to this with “Intro to Yoga 2 – Beyond the Basics.”

The benefits of yoga are limitless. Most people begin for reasons such as low energy, back pain or stress. Once they have a solid yoga practice in place people often express how much yoga has changed every part of their life, making them happier and healthier.

Intro to Yoga 1 – The Basics - Do you have no yoga experience and wish to begin from the very beginning? Would you like to be in a class with everyone at the same level – true beginners? then this is the series for you.

Intro to Yoga 2 – Beyond the Basics - Have you have completed the Intro to Yoga 1 series and wish to continue in a similiar class structure? Do you have some yoga experience, are reasonably active, and wish for a return to the fundamentals, focusing on alignment and a safe yoga practice? Then Intro to Yoga 2 is the right series for you.

Intro to Yoga 2 – Beyond the Basics – Four Saturdays Beginning February 18th at 12:15pm
Includes an unlimited membership to the studio for the length of the class
